Jun 23 Indian captain Congratulations to Ireland and Afghanistan on achieving Full Member status of the ICC, meaning they will be eligible to play Test matches. The 2 countries will continue to be listed in Associate members tables and menus until they have played a debut Test.

Jun 16 Indian captain Virat Kohli scores 8000 runs in ODIs, taking the fewest innings (175) of any batsman to reach this milestone. The previous record holder was AB de Villiers on 182, followed by Sourav Ganguly on 200.
